ExpoOnlineExpress is an easy-to-use, event orientated web content manager that allows Organisers to maintain unique, dynamic event websites.
ExpoOnlineExpress (EOE) doubles as an online marketing and information tool, harnessing the power of the internet to go beyond traditional trade boundaries and overcome geographical and time restrictions to reach a far greater trade audience.
Once the site is built or the existing site propagated to the ExpoStudio.net server, users are able to make additional changes and updates themselves.
The EOE Content Editor is simplicity itself. Organisers simply log on with their password, select the areas of text to modify, make the changes and submit them. Only very basic knowledge of computers is required.
All changes to the site are ultimately controlled by three buttons:
Edit – to make changes
Add – to upload those changes
Recovery – to recover the original text or data
There are two editing modes the Organiser can employ:
Wizard Mode
A "what you see is what you get" scenario that allows the user to edit directly onto the webpage.
This is very straightforward and user friendly method -
you are
able to view the changes before uploading the page to the server.
Classic Mode
The Organiser is taken to a list of options. From there
the organizer
may edit anything from the site content to Exhibitor information to Administrator privileges.
This Mode is a little more advanced and provides the user with a faster solution
to the site and system updates using the following features.

EOE Content Editor
Changes to the content are made using an html editing tool with an interface much like a simplified MS Word. |

Exhibitor Data Management
Exhibitors can be added to the system, their data managed and imported from or exported to Excel. Passwords for eBooth and the Exhibitor's Access Privileges may be defined by the Organiser.
Creation and distribution of memos and letters is an important feature of EOE. Exhibitors can be found by Current Status and sent reminder notifications or exported to an Excel scheme file. |

Exhibitors’ eBooth.
Password access to eBooth allows Exhibitors to construct and populate their online booths, managing appointments and meeting points and
upload flash demos, presentations, brochures, company details and news articles to raise their profile for the event. |

System Administration Module.
Organisers may direct incoming mail to a particular staff member for action, restrict Staff Access Privileges to certain areas and manage their Exhibition details such as Working Days, Meeting Points and the Industry Sector search feature.
Visitor and Exhibitor Data may be imported from or exported to Excel. |

Data Recovery
All the old web pages are archived by date and stored on ExpoStudio's server.
This means Organisers are able to recover their data after changes have been uploaded to the server. |
