At the present time, thanks to the ever rising popularity and recognition of the Internet as a preference, Online Registration is becoming an increasingly popular method of registering for an Event and, undoubtedly, even a standard for Event Registration.
ExpoRegistration is an online application specially crafted to facilitate online and on-site visitor registration for the Event and at the same time to help Event Organizers to handle and manage the whole process of Visitor Registration before, during and after the Event.
Using ExpoRegistration means all the Event Registration data is stored in one central database, making it consistent, up-to-date and accessible by authorized Event Organizers from anywhere at anytime as long as they have access to the internet.

On-line Visitor Registration
Visitors can easily register on the Event website by filling in the company information, personal information and answering the questionnaire in the registration form. Two or more Visitors from the same company can simply pre-register without filling the company data again, since they are automatically filled in. Visitors obtain a unique ID, username, and password they can later use to (pre-register) update their data, view the Exhibitors' list, and make online appointments with the Exhibitors. |

Visitor Data Management
New registered Visitor data and all imported Visitor/Company data are automatically stored in a separate folder waiting for the Event Organiser to review and manage them. Powerful search engine enables Event Organisers to search Visitors by specific search criteria (main data, answers to the specific question of the Questionnaire Form, sent Notifications, current status or Standard Industrial Classification
Codes). Event Organisers can also add new Visitors by filling in the Registration Form that is identical to the one from their Event website.

Company Data Management
The Event Organisers can search and view the list of Companies grouped by different attributes and insert a new one. In this module they can also review and approve the registration data of the new inserted or imported Company from an external file.

Import/Export data from/to external file
Import/Export functionality is provided for Visitors & Companies data which can be imported/exported from/to Excel or CSV file format. Import Wizard provides step by step instruction and guides the user through the whole import process. All the imported data are stored into the Waiting Room and before actual inserting into the database no action can be taken on Visitor/Company data.

Automated Duplicate Data Removal (ADDR) Functionality
ADDR functionality cleans the imported data from any unnecessary duplicates. After each import of data, the system recognizes and suggests the possible duplicate information for the particular Visitor/Company data and offers resolving. The Visitor/Company data already in the system can be updated by the new imported data, can be merged into one, or the new imported can be discarded and the original one can be kept as relevant.

Notifications Management .E-mail notifications module
Event Organisers can manage the e-mail Notifications (e.g. Approve Letter, Newsletter, Badge Layout, Print Badge, Thank You Letter, Send Trade Pass) that can be sent to the Visitors as automated system responses or upon Event Organizers decision in a form of personalized e-mail or Newsletter. These dynamic Notifications are created and maintained by the advanced HTML Editor, which by itself has almost all the features of any standard word processor. |

Reports
Daily and General statistics and reports generated by ExpoRegistration will be delivered to the Event Organiser after the Show Event so they can easily view, analyze, and make various conclusions about the success rate.

History of Changes
Track of each change made in Visitor/Company data is kept into History Database, enabling the Event Organizers to view the whole history of changes and reverse any of them to become actual ones.

User Administration
Strong security system that is highly personalized in terms of defining the level of permission for each User of the system. System Administrator, Telemarketer and Imputer are the three different user profiles with the different user privileges. System Administrator can manage and create users and their access privileges to the Visitor Registration System, Telemarketer inserts new Visitors and checks the data of the existing one, and Imputer helps the on site processing of the Registration (registration during the actual Show Event), which is afterward synchronized with the online registration. |
