ExpoVenue is a unique and easy-to-use software application designed to simplify the online Venue Management & Booking.

The Venue itself is supported through a powerful online presence helping the Venue Owners to manage their Venues at the easiest level, demanding minimum human resources. Through the process it provides the Event Organisers all the information about the Venue itself, at any time, hence making the procedure of 'booking a space' effortless.

Client Website - The Easy-Jet booking model
This Password protected reservation page on the Venue website provides the registered clients (Event Organisers) with all the information needed in finding the arrangement best suited to their budgets, plus spatial and geographical needs, and at the end, make neat reservation request.
This Easy-Jet booking model provides the user with a list of all possible solutions and suggestions that match the search criteria from which the Event Organiser can then make a choice and select. As a bonus, it emphasizes the most affordable option first (Power Shopper option). They will also be able to view and update their event, manage their personal data, participate in current auctions and see additional information and notifications.
   
Client Management
The Booking Managers at the Venue can search and view the list of clients (Event Organisers) filtered and sorted by different attributes, edit or delete an existing client, or add a new one. They can also change and update Client's data in different languages, as well as view payment statistics.
   

Events Management
Booking Managers can search and view the list of Events, filtered and sorted by different attributes e.g. by event name, start date or end date. They can edit or delete the existing Event or add a new one. For each event Booking Managers can find information about all requested or booked locations including the time period, space, price, discount (which can be amended), and the total price. They can also manage the received payments.

   
Calendar of Events
The Calendar of Events is a visual preview of requested or booked locations where all reservations are marked with specific images and colors according to the status. Here, Booking Managers can see information about each booking by a single click on the calendar field and take the desired action according to the given options.
   

Venue Data Management
Booking Managers can see the list of all locations in every language available sorted by the location name, type, and space. They can edit or delete the existing locations but, also, add new ones. They can set the base price of the location for the available years and afterwards change the current price for different periods of time.

   

Auctions
Particular locations for exclusive months (periods) can be offered on an auction in order to increase the revenues and maximize the overall occupancy of the Venue space. Booking Managers can post new auctions and manage any currently running auctions. Clients will be able to participate in the auctions by logging in to their account on the reservation page at the Venue website.

   
News Module
Booking Managers can view, edit, and add News shown on the client website, but other specific Venue modules can also be implemented according to the Venue needs.
   
User Administration Module
Administrators manage, add, or delete the users of the application and allow privileges to modules and Booking Managers, so different Managers are able to take only specific actions. In this module all available languages, Event types and locations are defined and any of these features can be changed and updated at any time.
