Creating and Managing Newsletters
Newsletter Managers can create a Newsletter using the Content Editor, which works the same way as Microsoft Word ® application with the basic standard and formatting tools. Managers are also given the opportunity to choose from the numerous eye-catching Templates and personalize them by adding their company logo. The options edit, delete, restore deleted, preview and send test Newsletter are also available. |

Sending Newsletters
Newsletter Managers can choose a Newsletter from the given list of created Templates or create a new one. After entering sender's details they can send it to a selected group of Recipients immediately or at a specified time in the future thanks to the sophisticated schedule option. |

Recipients Management
Newsletter Managers can view a list of Recipients searched or filtered by some criteria, add or delete Recipients, edit and preview Recipient information, export/ import Recipients lists to/ from CSV or Excel files.

Options for the Recipients
In compliance with the Anti-spam legislation, Newsletters can only be sent to an existing mailing list of Recipients who have agreed to receive Newsletters. Every email sent to the Recipients includes one-click 'unsubscribe' option. Recipients can also update their personal information at any time, using the update option in the Newsletter. |

Viewing Recipients
Recipients with common resemblance and similar characteristics can be categorized and organized in groups, which simplifies the process of selecting Recipients for a certain type of Newsletters. The Filter option provides the Newsletter Manager with lists of Recipients generated by different filter criteria.

Reports and Statistics
Newsletter Managers are able to keep track of the campaign results through the automatically generated statistics powered by Crystal Reports ®. The well organized and clear reports provide a comprehensive post campaign analysis of the Shows (Newsletter Campaigns); The Newsletters that have been sent and the Recipients that have received the Newsletters and can be exported to Excel, Word or PDF files. |

Three-Step Export/Import Wizard
Recipients' information can easily be imported from or exported to external files using the Export/ Import Wizard. Newsletter Managers and administrators can also export the campaign reports to Excel, Word, or PDF files. Recover and Restore Newsletter Wizards are also available. |

Administration Module
Administrators are provided with the ability to add, update, and delete Newsletter Managers, to add a show and assign Newsletter Managers for the show and to manage the Recipients. They can also view the reports by Show, Recipients or Newsletters. |
