	Scheduling Appointments Exhibitors and Visitors may view the Online Calendar of an Exhibitor and request Appointments by clicking a FREE time-slot and filling in the resulting form. The Calendar is instantly updated.

	EBooth EBooth is the password protected web interface in which ExpoConnections is located. It is from here that Exhibitors construct and populate their online booths. EBooth is the main component of ExpoOnlineExpress (EOE), a wizard driven web management tool that allows Organisers to maintain unique, dynamic event websites and administer their physical event online.

	Viewing Appointments Collapse and expand controls allow viewing of Appointments with or without details. Appointments can be filtered or grouped according to date, company name and status and a full or filtered list printed using the above tools.

	Managing Appointments Exhibitors manage their Appointments by selecting from clearly marked options (see screenshots) and may accept decline, or reschedule Appointments online. As a fail-safe procedure the user is advised before and after each action is completed.
