Event
Organisers
login to the ЕОЕ login page using their username and password to manage, or maintain their unique and dynamic event website.
EOE Content Manager - Wizard Mode
From the Wizard Mode Organisers may edit content
by selecting the Edit This Page option. They will then be directed to the EOE Content Editor. Both Static and Dynamic pages may be edited from this mode.
EOE Content Editor
This HTML editor has all the basic features of a text editing application, allowing the Organiser to spell check changes, alter font size and style and insert pictures with ease. These changes are uploaded to the site by clicking the update button.
Classic Mode
From Classic mode the dynamic pages (News and Floor Plan) may be edited, Exhibitor data and privileges managed and general administration of the exhibition site and data carried out.
News Module
Updating the News from Classic Mode is slightly more advanced than in Wizard mode. Users are directed to a list of articles where they may choose between editing an existing item or adding a new item.
EOE Add News Wizard
This Wizard leads Users step by step through the process of adding News to the News page.
Exhibitor Data Management
Exhibitor details may be edited, first by selecting the language, then by filling in the fields and clicking the Update button.
Exhibitors eBooth Settings
From here Exhibitor Company Names, User Names and Passwords for eBooth may be modified. A list of all eBooth modules is shown - the Administrator simply checks the modules an Exhibitor has access to.
User Administration
Create and Manage Users and their access privileges for ExpoOnlineExpress with a simple online form.
Exhibition Settings Administration
Create and Manage Venue's Working Days.
Managing Meeting Points
Create and Manage Venue's Meeting Points.
Managing Industry Branches
