What is ExpoOnlineExpress?
ExpoOnlineExpress (EOE) is a wizard driven web management tool that allows Organisers to maintain unique, dynamic event websites and administer their physical event online.

What hardware/software do I need to use ExpoOnlineExpress?
All you need is a computer that has connection to internet. EOE works on any operating system.

Do I have to know HTML or some programming languages to manage my website on my own?
No, you do not need any programming knowledge. We will provide you with a step by step user manual illustrated with screenshots.
The EOE Content Editor resembles a standard word processing application, allowing you to make changes on your web pages with no difficulty.

How soon can I start?
No installation time - EOE is an Internet based tool.
(Local software is installed when the exhibition starts to reduce the likely hood of communication errors due to internet problems / traffic / bandwidth).

	It takes 1 week for both ExpoOnlineExpressTM and ExpoConnections to be set up for an event.
	ExpoStudio provides a 6 week adjustment period where our staff will be on hand to provide training, support and additions and alterations free of charge.

How much time do I need to learn the functionality of EOE?
One working day to learn the basics, a few more days to familiarise yourself with all the additional features EOE offers.
Online and hardcopy User Manuals exist as back-up.

How can I update the news page?
From Classic Mode, select the News Module.
You are then taken to an administrative page showing the list of news articles.
Here you have the option of editing an existing news item from the list or adding a new article:

	Select an existing article from the list. You will be taken through to the EOE Content Editor where you may update or delete that article.
	Click the Add News button A wizard will then take you through the process step by step

Can I export Exhibitor's and Visitor's data to an external file?
Yes. You can export the list of Exhibitors and Visitors to an excel file; furthermore, you can import excel files into EOE.
For example, you may export your data to an excel file, make changes offline, reconnect and upload the changes directly to the website.

Can I recover my data after changes have been uploaded to the server?
Yes. A history of your changes is archived by date on our server. You can retrieve your old data at any time.

Can I acquire additional functionality?
Yes you can. We try to meet all your needs. For any additional requests please contact our Project Manager.

Can I restrict access to administration of particular pages?
Yes. You may assign or revoke privileges to any user.
Under System Administration in the Classic Mode is an option for User Administration. Select this and then the name of the person whose privileges you wish to review.
Alter the privileges in the user's personal setting by simply selecting or deselecting areas of administration.

Why should I lease the software rather than purchase it?
Purchasing a 1 Year License is a desirable alternative to buying the software that will be outdated in a few years.
A lease allows you to significantly reduce your start-up costs and take advantage of our world-class technical support team, should the need arise.

What is the minimum license period?
Licenses run for 1 year.
