Visitors View - Searching for Exhibitors and Scheduling an Appointment
The search function may be used to find Exhibitors by Company Name or Industry Sector. From the resulting list, Visitors select an Exhibitor clicking Company name for details or the ExpoConnections module to view available appointment slots.
Appointment Calendar
Here Visitors may view all available slots so as to request an Appointment with the Exhibitor. After clicking a FREE timeslot the visitor is directed to a scheduling form.
Scheduling form Visitor fills in the Personal data in mandatory fields and clicks the Submit button.
Notification Form giving status of Request
Notification messages are sent to both the Visitor and Exhibitor when an Appointment has been successfully requested.
The eBooth login page
Exhibitors login to the eBooth using their username and password to manage and schedule their online Appointments.
Managing Appointment Requests - Accepting an Appointment
Exhibitor can Accept an Appointment by clicking Accept on Appointment that has status Waiting on Approval.

Exhibitor may accept, accept and email or cancel the Appointment Request.

Managing Appointments - Rescheduling an Appointment
Exhibitor can reschedule an Appointment by clicking the Reschedule option of an Appointment that has status Accepted, Waiting on Approval or Pending

When Rescheduling an Appointment you are taken to the Calendar view where available appointments are clearly shown. Click an available slot to continue.
